This Company Has To Be Stopped. They Contacted Me To And I Went To The Police! Sonic Cash needs to be stopped. I contacted the police on them and they are being investigated. Nationwide California
I was contacted by a Martin Jackson at Sonic Cash on Tuesday the 26th and his conversation to me was the same as the conversations that are listed in this ripoff reports on the company. He threatened me with Jail and theft of check. I figured out how these people got my information. If you have ever filed an application with any of the companies linked to this company they will have your banking information, email address, phone #, everything! And they can use this to say you took out a loan from them. I did file an application with them but it was denied because I live in NJ and NJ has a law against payday loans. They are not legal in NJ.
I contacted the police and a lawyer and you can not be prosecuted (criminally) for not paying back a payday loan. This is a harrassment trick to get you to pay them. I did the same thing cause I did not know the laws and gave them my credit card information. They did not charge my card either. The police dept has directed me to close my credit card and file a compliant with NJ Consumer Affairs (800-242-5846). The more people that file against them the better!
