Yonge and Steeles Ford Lincoln August 17th 2017 we came to the dealership to discuss Lease end options with the leasing manager Sunil George. This was one of the worst experiences in my life. Sunil was rude and obnoxious. didn't want to answer any of our questions and concerns. When i asked to speak to a Manager he said he has no managers and refuse to provide me with his business card ( took them away from his desk so i wont be able to take one). After we left his office we saw the general manager Anil Chopra which i recognized from the ad in the newspaper, and told him about his employee's poor customer service he walked away, i told him that i will write a review and contact OMVIC, he replied " are you threatening me, you can go anywhere you want". This concluded my experience with them. Never purchase a vehicle from these guys they are thieves and liars. Go to any other dealership but this one. " Add to list Edit
