Complaint Review: THOMAS A PINETTE SHERRY ENGEN

LANDLORDS BEWARE!! These people lie, steal, and live like pigs.

They moved into a completely remodeled apartment which was immaculate. Within 3 months it was trashed. I cannot believe people can be so filthy. There was cat urine and fecis everywhere. There was at least 6 pickup trucks full of trash left. They left no forwarding address. They haven't paid rent in 2 months. In the one year I have owned the building, NOT ONCE was rent on or even close to being on time. I have over 20 letters of excuses. They broke into my apartment last week, stealing tools and many other items. This act was probably the most strenuous thing they have ever done. A police report has been filed. This is the same guy who drove over the game warden with his quad and left him there. He finds this humorous. They don't pay rent but yet enjoy cable and are never at a loss for beer, dirtbikes, quads, sleds, etc. All around, a couple of deadbeat losers.
