Tom Smiley. Put this name in your mind so you will not forget it!! He owes money all over Las Vegas, Nevada. If you want to see for yourself, go to the Clark County District Court records! I personally loaned him money a couple of years ago and never received payment. Now, he is nowhere to be found. Apparently, his pattern is to stiff everyone - car dealers, loan officers, law firms, and former friends.
If he comes to you to borrow money or to invest in something that sounds too good to be true, IT IS!!! He is a low-life loser. He has stiffed two law firms for a total of $230,000; a title loan officer for over $14,000; the IRS for around $20,000...and counting, and some former good friends for over $700,000!!! With a friend like this, who needs enemies??
