Complaint Review: Thomas Lee Christianson Humanities New World Village Thomas Lee Kinnamon

Thomas Lee Christianson AKA Thomas Lee Kinnamon (approximate DOB 12/22/58) is running a large scale ponzi scheme and has been living off hundreds of people's money for over the past ten years.  He has formed various fictitious companies under the names of Children's Global Village (CGV), HNWC Development Capital Partners World Wide Inc., Humanities New World Village, Humanities ECO~World Cities & Schools, Children's Magical Cities, CMC Global Entertainment LLC, as well as many other company names, in an effort to get "bronze, silver, and gold sponsor" investors to give him money in order to build his "city of the future" for the benefit of the "children of the world."  He claims to be a genuine and humble humanitarian working for God and the betterment of the community and society.  He claims to be an author, a reputable businessman, and profoundly spiritual person.  After loaning him hundreds of thousands of dollars, we discovered his companies are scams and his "business contracts" are all part of his elaborate fraud.  He's lived off millions of dollars loaned to him by trusting people (most of whom were elderly, professional, and educated) with the promise to become "partners" in his companies with reputable and important corporate titles.  This man continues to defraud investors even after being found to be in violation of multiple securities frauds by the Commonwealth of Virginia State Corporation Commission (Case # SEC-2001-00027, 28, 29, 30, 31, and SEC-2001-00040).  He and his partner, R. Glenn Stephens of SAA Architecture of Laurel, Maryland, were ordered to pay $80,500.00 for 16 violations of the Virginia Securities Act.  He works with a man named Michael Phillips of Lake Hughes, CA, his founding partner and COO of Global Logistics, who helps him remain elusive and avoid prosecution.  Do not invest any money with these individuals!  They are being investigated (since 2001) as they continue to defraud people across the U.S., Singapore, and Africa.  Report any contact with these individuals to authorities, the FBI, and this site please.  They must be brought to justice as soon as possible.  See photo of Thomas Christianson AKA Thomas Lee Kinnamon, Thomas Christensun, Thomas Christiansun.
