Complaint Review: Thomas M. Major DMD

Following insurance payments, I had a balance of $18.00 which I promptly paid. Four months later, I received a letter stating that if I did not pay the $18.00 within ten days, he would seek legal action against me. My wife received the letter one day before the deadline while I was out of town. I was forced to cut a trip short to deal with this situation.

No one in the office, including Dr. Major, who had personally signed the letter, understood why I had received the letter. I was told that they never sent out a harsh letter for such a small sum, even though I was holding the letter in my hand. Rude and incompetent. . . do not recommend.
