ON APRIL 17 2007 I TRAVIS WAS OFFERED A CONTRACT BY THOMAS MCINTYRE AND CAPITOL HOME INVENTORY LOCATED IN FLORIDA. I WAS TO BE CONTRACTED TO CONDUCT HOME INVENTORY SERVICES IN THE WEST KNOXVILLE TN AREA FOR SAID BUIS. I WAS INSTRUCTED TO OVERNIGHT A CASHIER CHECK FOR $1500.00 TO COVER THE COST OF EXPENCIVE SUPPLIES NEEDED TO DO THE WORK. SUCH AS A DIGITAL CAMERA CAM CORDER AND PAPER WORK NEEDED TO COMPLETE A ASSIGNMENT.
AFTER THE COMPANY RECIEVED MY M.O. ALL COMMUNICATION STOPPED IMMEDIATLY. I HAVE NEVER HEARD FROM ANY ONE SINCE APRIL 07. IN MAY 2007 I FILED SUIT IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT. I WAS AWARDED $1784.00 JUDGMENT BY ROANE COUNTY COURT. IF THIS MATTER IS NOT RESOLVED SOON I WILL BE RETURNING TO COURT IN EARLY 2008 TO CLAIM INTEREST ON THE $1784.00 AND ALSO TO CLAIM THE $100.00 PER HOUR LABOR X 30 HOURS A WEEK X 50 WEEKS A YEAR FOR AS LONG AS THIS REMAINS UNRESOLVED.
THE $100.00 PER HOUR LABOR WAS GUARANTEED TO ME AND WAS SPELLED OUT IN THE CONTRACT SIGNED BY MYSELF AND OWNER THOMAS MCINTYRE.

Thomas McIntyre also tried to rip me off in a similar scam. I banned together with over 15 people around the country who were also either ripped off by this guy or in the process of falling for it when they found our postings on craigslist to stop him.
He is being investigated by the Greenacres police department near w. Palm Beach. We have never heard back from the officer about an arrest or otherwise. Upon doing a little research, this man lives the high life and is a high dollar con artist making a very profitable living at this con game he has running. Most likely selling his story to his neighbors that he is an upstanding businessman.
He moves around FL and California with different PO boxes usually in a UPS store or Fedex store where unknowing people send their money. The gentleman in the greenacres FL store actually found my check in his mailbox once he figured out what the guy was doing and kicked him out of his store. He is the guy who could identify him. Otherwise, noone knows what he looks like.
Some research has shown me that he used to live in Orlando and has many judgements against him for over 4 million dollars just in Florida. He lived near a countryclub down there as well.
He is from the Northeast, probably NY or NJ area with a strong NE accent. he is approximately early to late fifties in age. He claimed to be a retired high school football coach who moved down to coach when offered a big bonus or something from the education dept. in FL. He smokes small cigars as a regular habit. I can't remember the name of them. He claims to have a wife. The assistants change their name all the time. He does like football as some of his aliases were names of football players who he may have admired. He was calling himself Mike when I spoke with him.
I have the number and email of a group of people who would be willing to add to the case to put this guy away. I am sure we could find quite a few people who he has ripped off in his life. Oh, and he has 2 lexuses registered in his name. The cop told me that. He does own property so he is "findable" the cops just need to do their job and catch him.
The owners of these mail stores could identify him, the cops need to get all the addresses of the stores people have been sending their money to.
He also advertises in small newspapers. I am confident he will eventually go to jail for these cons and crimes.
