Complaint Review: Thomas - North Van Lines Inc

I made the deal with tomas. He asked me for items number and descriptions. I gave him all the information and he send me the quote to sign. I inquired about bad  reviews but he said nothing willl change and that the final cost. When the mover came in. he refused to take the items unless I paid $1000 extra because it does not match their cubic fet measurment. When I explained to thim that I made the deal and signed the contractt based on items numberss and no bdy mentioned cubic feet he left and caled Sales manager. The sales manger called me and start yelling that he is trying to help me by making me pay extra $1000 just to take advantage of my need. I told him no I am not going to pay. I would sue him if I have the time
