Complaint Review: Thomas perfomance automotive

Biggest SCAM artist on the face of the earth! If you read 1 review & take it seriously this is the 1!!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE SCAM ARTISTS!!! They towed my suv in on 7/17/16, this Sal "owner" jerkoff comes off @ 1st as a nice guy until he gets your money!!! Then he treats you worse then anything you could imagine!! Here is an exact quote from one of his txts to me: "F****** relax I'm going to send you a picture of your transmission and vehicle one second we are simply trying to resolve the cooling issue and I can't take your g****** calls every time you bring" this is the so called owner txting me after I asked when the car would be ready! So after almost 20 days, yes 20 days of excuse after excuse, I finally go to pick up my suv. Well guess what, it hasn't been fixed, they said they put in a "brand new rebuilt transmission" & "transmission cooler" yea right I don't think they did ANYTHING, my truck starts jerking on the freeway on the way home, then the neutral lite starts blinking, car starts smoking, won't go into reverse, when I put in drive it doesn't go forward, then jerks & screeches, in other words it is doing the exact same thing if not worse then when I brought it in!!! TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS - PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE THIS PLACE WILL RIP YOU OFF & TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP!!! DO NOT ABSOLUTELY DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE YOU WILL BE SO SORRY YOU DID!!!
