Complaint Review: Thomas Schaffling

Although not yet even 30 years of age, Thomas Schaffling, like myriad Philadelphia police officers, is the recipient of multiple citizen complaints. Seventeen are formal gripes whilst many more are informal. As almost always happens to crooked Philadelphia cops, every complaint was deemed unfounded by his superiors. Despite being accused of robbing, assaulting, framing, and otherwise feloniously wronging innocent taxpayers who ironically pay cops for PROTECTION, Schaffling is still a Philly cop, free to perpetrate yet more unpunished felonies.

Over 400 Philadelphia police officers have been convicted of crimes just since 1980, which extrapolates to a staggering five-percent career conviction rate. Nonetheless, a 2004 prosecutor's showed that most criminal Philadelphia cops are immune from being fired, much less arrested. Extrapolating from the aforementioned facts, the majority (over half) of Philadelphia police officers are criminals. Thus, crooked cop Officer Thomas Schaffling is in the majority
