For real estate loan we paid Tom Signorelli, Craig Kaminski & ICON Asset Management as of July 13, 2022 $10,000.00. It turned into nightmare and as of September 15, 2022 still no closing.
From the July 12th demands from Signorelli to fund him & ICON’s loan deposit in the amount of $10,000.00 US dollars then to a disappearing acts of both Signorelli and Craig Kaminski through the remainder of July and all of August leading into September has cause irrefutable hard across $10M in real estate holding from this initial $1.4M commitment that Signorelli and ICON Management and WS Fund committed to fund.
We’ve retained Florida counsel in tandem with our Michigan counsel and counseled with the FBI White Collar Crimes and Money Laundering units to investigate. We have the authorities seeking the ICON principals and Signorellio and Kaminski’s arrest in the Unite States.
This $1.4M transaction has had a rippling effect on the sellers of multiple deals. The negligence of ICON under Signorelli’s management in association wuth WS Cap Fund Series I & II has effected in excess of $10M in real estate closings.
This total collapse in execution of funding this $1.4M purchase, yielding the required proceeds to all parties has further handicapped multiple closing of various secondary real estate commitments from others that have caused financial harm and lost of lost deposits, suits, delays and irreparable monetary losses.
We are preparing with the United States authorities and law enforcement to file a class action suite against ICON and Signorelli & Kaminski totaling several million dollars in damages.

Be careful, this guy is a con artist I'm looking forward to seeing him on American Greed soon. His company is a pyramid scheme. Rather than supply funding, he takes the money and lives it up. He took funds from various sellers and skips town. He has scammed them out of 80,000 and 75,000 that I know of; he has tones of fraud cases going on he swindles everyone he comes in contact with. And he took his pitcher off his website.
You can see this scam artist all he does is open up companies and gets new bank accounts.
