Complaint Review: Thomas Spiller - James Patterson - New Leaf Associates - Quantum Business

We were also scammed by this company. We paid $5295 via a cashiers check made out to Quantum Business. Within a few weeks we knew it was a scam, but insead of a refund, we got one excuse after another. Finally a group of us made enough complaints and phone calls that the Florida AG shut them down, after giving them an additional 6 weeks to come up with a business plan. Patterson admitted there never was a program to start with.

We have filed complaints with every government agency we can find, we keep in touch with the Florida AG and we will see this case resolved one way or the other. We will not stop until there is a resolution for the victims of these scammers.

I monitor the court website daily to be sure the case is still moving through the courts.

We need restitution.
