My name is Surawat hanthawichai and Sujirote is my brother. I file the complaint regarding internet auction fraud (non deliveron ebay.com on behalf of my brother in Thailand. Any response from this complaint should be directly Posted as an update to this report

Jan 9, 03 : Mr. Travis Mckeveer did contact my brother to sell Tom Anderson hollow Classic Guitar serial 02-08-02N & electric string outside ebay (that lower than his reserve $1600) for $1500 including shipping cost via Fedex 2 days air to Sujirotes friend (Michael Gardner) at KANSAS.

After Jan 20, 03, my brother try to contact Mr. Mckeveer but he did not response.

Feb 1, 03: my brother saw the exact same guitar (same serial number) selling on ebay by Mr. Adrian Shoemarker (tel. (520) 748-1111)

This is a absolutely stolen item. It shows exact the same serial number that Mr. Mckeveer try to sell to my brother.please help my brother to get money back.

I try to get Mr. Travis Mckeveers information (his telephone number) from ebay.com but ebay refuse to give me his info. I want to call him to solve whatever the problem is but no chance. Mr. Travis Mckeveer live and work in Peoria City, Arizona. His work place is Phase 4 Recording Studio, Peoria City, AZ.

I would like all the help from Peoria Police department, Federal Trade Commission and Internet fraud Complaint center to get my brother s money back in total of 1500$ form Mr. Travis Mckeveer and put this person in jail for good.
