Thomas Woodward Goes under company name sj home improvements and Woodward construction. He has done work here and works not complete as promised in his contract. Also has brought guys here so stole 5 cartons of cigarettes worth 150 dollars. I am out 10 thousand dollars a scam me out of 10 thousand dollars. Vineland New Jersey
Has been remodeling my upstairs only 3 bedroom had bathroom and electric put in. Has not finished the job in time he said he would. Has brought 2 guys here who one stole 5 cartons of cigarettes worth 150 dollars. Also his workers would come and leave for hr and not do there jobs. Don't hire or work for. Will start the job skim money of you and will not complete the job. He don't pay his help and has to keep hiring new people all the time.

Don't hire goes under woodward construction and also sj home improvements. Con artists and scam artists. Will start job skim money from you and not complete the job. Also don't work for him does not pay his workers for there time.
