Thomas Hogan, a.k.a. Thomas "Zimmerman" (his girlfriend/wife's last name = Connie Zimmerman) comes to your home to work on your vehicle. Disassembled my bike, took 1/2 up front to repair it, plus money for parts. Had other jobs lined up for him, too (2 other cars). Didn't show up, now phone is off (502-291-7220).

Using law firm to convict, unless money is returned/job is finished. It's not the $300, it's the principle. Otherwise, heading to jail.

I am a manager at a restaurant in Louisville, Ky. We hired Thomas and were taken aback at what a "genuinely nice" person he was. After being employed for about 2 weeks he was caught on camera stealing a fellow employees purse (she was a 17 year old girl).

But the cameras don't lie and he grabbed it, threw his coat over it and left out the back door.
Charges were filed and he was arrested. He was taken to Jefferson County Jail and last report was that he was facing other charges as well. Had even stolen from his girlfriends Dad

He did talk about his Mobile Mechanic operation and we had a couple vehicles lined up for him to work on, luckily he did this before anyone else was taken. So anyone that filed charges against him, they will be getting their justice
