Horse arrived without registration papers. I called seller multiple times, left vms, sent pms, sent emails and texts. All with zero response. Found on sellers facebook based website where it states the shipper is responsible for paperwork. I paid the seller for the shipping. Horse is worth substantially less without registration papers.
