Complaint Review: Thompson's Wheatens and Whoodles

They took my $209 deposit for a puppy for summer 2014 didn't get the puppy or my deposit back.

We purchased a Whoodle puppy (wheaten terrier and poodle mix) October 14, 2013 for $1395.00 from Tammi Thompson who is in Bullhead City, Arizona under the names of Thompson's Wheatens and Whoodles or Wheaten and Whoodle World.  We sent her via PayPal a deposit for $209 October 14, 2014 for the 4th pick of a puppy to be born Summer of 2014. We have emails confirming the purchase/price and pick.   Tammi went on vacation during the summer and didn't breed the dog during her heat cycle.  I have emails from Tammi via facebook explaining that her vacation was the reason why the dogs were not breed. I asked for my deposit back and via an email she agreed when the next set of puppies were born she would return my deposit. She had two litters a wheaten litter of 6 puppies and a whoodle litter of 11 puppies January of 2015.  She never gave me the opportunity to make my 4th pick of the whoodle litter nor would she answer my email demanding my deposit to be returned.  She has kept my money and would not provide the puppy or return my money.
