Thomson Inc., who manufactures RCA stereos, are a rip-off company! They do not honor warranties for their product.
I have an RCA stereo that has never worked correctly. When I brought it to a repair shop who handles the warranty, they ordered the part from Thomson, Inc. to fix it. That was 5 months ago. The part never came in, and after several phone calls to different numbers (they keep me calling different people), they promised an exchange was on the way to the repair shop. They never contacted the repair shop and the exchange never came.
I have called several times and each time they give me another phone number. The last number they gave me left me on hold for over an hour with LOUD music and they never answered. They will not honor their warranties. I have filed a complaint with BBB and still have a radio that doesn't work.
