Thomson RCA TV WORSE after 3 agents & supervisor Marietta Georgia

I was given a 27" TV earlier this year and didn't have any problems with it until I decided to switch from analog to digital mode on the remote. (Just checking to make sure it would work after 2/09). When I switched, I got a msg that digital signal was low-- and nothing else, but analog worked fine. Thought that was odd since I have satellite, so I called customer service and after 45 minutes of total runaround, the clerk told me to contact the satellite company, which I did.

They walked me through several steps and said everything was fine, but switching the tv mode was the problem and contact RCA. So I did again, explained the situation to a 2nd agent, who couldn't help me, so i asked for a supervisor. Actually, I insisted at least 4 times before she would connect me. (WHAT A MISTAKE!) After more "troubleshooting", not only did I still not have digital, my analog service was completely snowy, with no picture! I told the supervisor I was worse off after talking with him and 2 agents & he said to call a local service center, & hung up! WHAT??

I never got the answer to my question (how do I get the digital mode to work) and now the tv doesn't work!! IF I get this thing working again, does anyone know how I make sure I can get digital?

Never, never buy anything from them.
