Complaint Review: Thor Jenkins dba Divine Custom Products

I worked for this company from 8.23.11 - 9.13.11 and was only paid for one day.  I worked in a warehouse where in the back management and other employess were in the back smoking marijuna, most of the day.

When they let me go I was told to come back and get my check the next day. when I came the tried to give me a check that was short that was short more than $300.00. I refused to take it, Thor an obese six foot man starting yelling for his partner a cripple man, Craig Cooper to get me out of his office. I called the police because I was alone with my 19 year old daughter and did not know what else to do. After waiting over an hour the police said the were too busy and could not come.

I took them to court the weekend before our court date I recieved via certified mail two checks each under $500, which bounced from here to Alaska, that was in December of 2011. Of course the cowards did not show up in court.

I believe this is a pattern for them the fact that they knew that if the gave me what they owed me $960.00 on one check and it bounced that would have been a felony.

I am really not surprised to see that I am not the first to report them on a site such as this.
