I spent close to $6,500 on Thor equipment, a venthood, range, dishwasher and refrigerator. The fridge they shipped me has defective handles and dented the face panels when I installed them as the bars where too long. They refused to help with the replacement parts I needed and the warranty department was incredibly rude.

I then called out a licensed service company and paid them a $99 service fee, they came out and confirmed the handles were too long. You'd think this was enough for them to understand it was a manufacturing defect but no they doubled down and circled the wagons and I've had to live with a one handle damaged fridge for the last year and a half. 

They refused to honor the 30 day return policy and any type of responsibility for a manufacturing defect confirmed by a reputable and licensed third-party service company. 

Honestly I'm done with these guys and am just waiting to replace the whole fridge with a new one as every time I look at it makes me depressed and I feel like a loser that got ripped off. I don't recommend doing business with this company, if there is an issue they will treat you with disrespect and leave you high and dry once they have your money.
