Thoroughbred Diesel Purchased a new turbo, would not stand behind warrenty. Winchester Kentucky
I had purchased a new Garrett turbo for my 04 ford 6.0 diesel. After two months the turbo started making a loud whinning noise. I contacted Thoroughbred Diesel and sent them a audio of the noise it was making. they contacted me back and said it was the cooling fan making noise.
I then sent the audio to malloy ford in Charlotsville VA. they told me not to drive the truck because it could cause major damage to my truck. I then ordered a turbo from them. Thoroughbred Diesel contacted me to return my bad turbo to them. I told them i could not do that because i had to return the defective turbo to Ford for a core.
