Complaint Review: Thoroughbred Harley Davidson

We bought a used Harley with only 670 miles on it 2 months ago and as soon as we got it home (first day) it leaked oil allover the driveway. We took it back to Harley twice and both times not only did it continue leaking in the original spot but developed two more leaks after they "fixed it" it them began leaking or truthfully spraying oil all over us from the head. So their other dealership in Norwood Oh then picked it up to "make it right" and kept the motorcycle for over a weekand lo and behold we got it home and the head no longer leaks but the original leak is still there in all its glory all over my driveway. They supposed let a master mechanic work on it this time named Carl but this master mechanic did not bother to put the oil plug back in so we did that and it still leaks.Evidently there is no motorcycle lemon law but what can we do??? I am reporting it to Harley Davidson and the BBB but they have had the bike more than we have and we are basically paying every month for a piece of crap that leaks oil all over us when we try to ride it.

We previously has a Suzuki and sold it for "the best bike in the world" but thats a joke, In three years the Suzuki ran like a top and we never had a problem with it. We get the Harley we always wanted and now I wish we kept our Suzuki. Someone tell us what our options are, We cannot afford an attorney to fight this and we have no idea what our options are.
