Complaint Review: Thouroughbred Auto Parts

Thouroughbred Auto Parts ripoff sent me two defective seats for my jeep that were covered in bird droppings and will not give me my money back! They were very rude and nasty Gansevoort New York

I ordered and paid in advance from thouroughbred auto parts a heated driver seat for my jeep. the seat came into our dealership filthy and covered with bird droppings. The seat did not contain a heating element.

I contacted thouroughbred again and explained the situation. They sent out another seat that once again was filthy and covered with bird droppings. This seat when they tried to get it to work would not heat!

When i contacted thouroughbred i said i wanted the seat picked up at their charge and my credit card credited.

i spoke with john and he indicated he would not issue a credit until the seat was returned to their vendor. he did not know where they got the seat from. he became very belligerent and nasty saying he didn't have to do anything. he said on tuesday they would call me back.

i did not hear from them so i called back. john said they would not hear back from the vendor until next week. he did not tell me when they would call back. I told him i wanted our account credited and he would not agree to it.

The seats shipped to this customer were not shipped from our lcation and we were not aware of their condition. When we found out we credited the customer back his money.
