I ordered an air box for a Nissan PU. After about 10 days I called Thoroughbred and told them my part hadn't arrived. Was told that they didn't have the part and it wasn't sent even though they charged me for it. He then arranged to have another parts supplier send the part, which they did. But instead of the $71 quoted when I made the order they charged me $78.50. When I emailed the complaint they sent me a form email instead of a reply. Very sloppy practices.

We are sorry this customer experienced difficulty with his purchase. The e-mail address he wrote to goes to a computer only and is used to process part requests and does not understand any other business. As I do not know who the customer is I cannot address the cost problem but if he would like to call 1-518-587-0129 we would be happy to help him.
