Complaint Review: Thousand Trails - Outdoor World

The whole place is a joke. I feel sorry for the employees that work there. Those managers tell them "who cares" about members' complaints, just collect the money. It's seriously sad. Everyone there wants to quit their jobs. Managers are airheads that can't seem to figure out why the members aren't paying their dues and loans. Well, it's because their bills go high and benefits go low. They tell employees to be MEAN to the member so they can pay their bill. LOL wow, that's so smart. Managers yell at employees saying they need to collect more money. While members are yelling at employees because the company is ran by idiots. The member should really ask for the managers and yell at THEM instead, every single time would be great! Seriously, all they do is sit in their offices and run reports on how much money every employee is collecting from the members. What an easy job! What's sad? Most people have never even heard of this place. They apply and get lied to about their pay and bonuses. That's so funny!! This company lies to their clients AND their employees! High five! Pretty pathetic. They need to be investigated heavily if you ask me.
