 The last time we stayed here, the unit we rented had rotting wood under the door, the screen door was damaged and the unit was old and dirty. 

They send us letters to come to meetings since they see we are not using it, but all the meetings amount to are another sales pitch to try to sell you something else and using your "equity" from the timeshare you purchased toward the new purchase price.

This resort should be closed down and members should be reimbursed.  At this point I'd just be happy to never pay dues / maintenance fees again.

When we purchased our Timeshare, it was called Outdoor World, but was sold several times and is now Thousang Trails under Equity LifeStyles.  The fees keep going up and up every year.  They have more than doubles since we purchased it.  Big Time Ripoff.
