The thredup website states that it will pay out cash for clothing. For weeks they have been refusing to release $1,324 that I earned by sending them clothes. The money should have been available to transfer to my Paypal account on 7/17.
Now, they are claiming that I can only use that money as credit to shop on the thredup website. There is nothing on the website that states or explains that they may decide to not pay and may instead choose to withhold your money, making it available only for shopping.
