Cannot fulfill his own contract, asks for money up front for things not completed then threatens to sue if you don't pay. Never completed an 8 week job after 28 weeks, took off for 2 months so he could drive his precious darling daughter to NYC to be in a Christmas play while my house sat unfinished. Shows up at 9am and leaves at 3pm like a friggin banker.
Subcontractors on the job (plumbers, electricians and so on) didn't get paid. Owed the excavator $2000 from the last job he never got paid for. Didn't provide a porta-potty for them either until the township spoke up.
Uses the most inferior materials available.
Left piles of garbage in the yard because he was too cheap and lazy to rent a dumpster.
Fired 2 electricians so he could weasel out of paying them and did the work himself, even though he is not qualified to do the simplest thing, can't even cut the miter on a simple piece of trim. Would then turn around and blame the sub contractors for the crappy work he did himself.
Destroyed a brand new furnace using it as a construction heater, ran the duct work himself in a random configuration with no returns in a system that just does not work. Stuffed the furnace under the eaves of the attic because he was too clueless to get the basement floor poured, said he needed to because he had to have a warm house to work in.
Ruined $10,000 siding job doing it himself because he was too cheap to hire qualified help and too lazy/stupid to read the directions.
Too clueless to provide a proper sump pump outlet so he stuck the hose out the window while it sprayed water all over the electrical breaker panel.
The list is endless, I'm stuck with an unfinished house after paying $200K+ for shabby work, Don't Hire This Sh1thead.

Quite well?? A useless heating system, leaky basement, hole in the living room floor with a drain pipe sticking out of it, patched together floor upstairs with huge gaps in it, crooked crappy cement board job with huge gaps in the upstairs bathroom that had to be straightened out in order to be tiled, sump pump hose stuck out of the basement window, no carpet, no flooring of any kind, bilco doors slapped on with no framing and you say it went well. The kicker is when you took away the dumpster but threw the construction debris on my lawn, or was it when you smeared spackle dust into the kitchen cabinets with a wet rag? Or intentionally smearing thinset mortar on the top of the bathroom tile floor and left it. You never once vacuumed, mud and spackle dust are on every horizontal surface, even in rooms you didn't work in because you kept all the doors open. Every last piece of trim you cut has to be redone because you can't cut a simple mitre. You caulked the kitchen counter backsplash to the wall before the finished flooring was put underneath so it has to be cut away. The soffits are falling off already, and you couldn't even make the fascia straight at the top of the peak. There's a gap between the roof and the gutter that water pours through.
The flush mount boxes for the porch lights are sticking out 2" past the siding and weren't even caulked. The lights dim for no reason. The $60 ceiling fan barely does anything because you didn't drop it down with a longer pendant and there is no way to reverse the fan direction without a 20 ft step ladder. You even tried moving the thermostat closer to the useless air return the HVAC contractor shamed you into installing in an attempt to give the illusion of a working heating system, but you never even installed the AC compressor. I have pictures of the house too, plenty of them, including some by a home inspector who was highly entertained by your work. yeah, it went great, you got most of your money and I got a half finished house that took over six months to not complete.

In every situation in life, there are two sides to a story and our perception of what transpired is not always an accurate portrayal of the facts. It is unfortunate this person chose to exaggerate the truth and offer misleading statements that make it appear as though the project was a total disaster when it was not. In fact, the project came out quite well.
Admittedly, mistakes happened along the way, but these issues were all addressed and corrected. What this poster failed to mention were the real positive overall aspects of the job that were completed, inspected and approved by the Township. Attached find pictures of the work, that speak for themselves.
