Three Star Leasing/Liberty Oil Attempted ripoff from Three Star Leasing/Liberty Oil Los Angeles ,Henry Ramer, and Louisville ,HQ, Kentucky Co.
An individual named Henry Ramer cold called me in the U.S. Virgin Islands to offer an opportunity to invest in Kentucky stripper wells. He readily supplied documentation of well locations, and history on 5 or so wells that had operated in the past and claimed that Liberty Oil had leases on property containing about 200 wells. Fifty wells were to be included in a Royalty agreement with investors.
The language of the Agreement to be signed by the investor was identical with what I read on the Ripoff Report about Clementine Oil and Gas, and their website claimed that Liberty Oil had been in business 30 years. The name Three Star Leasing raised suspicion, as I had been scammed by a broker in LA named Sunny Investments, which claimed to represent Three Star Drilling. Three Star Drilling has never received any funds raised by Sunny investments from victims of their scam, according to the owner of Three Star Drilling. I am so glad I found Ripoff Report before investing in Three Star Leasing/LibertyOil.
