Complaint Review: Threedom Sales

Entrepeanuers Across America is definitely a rip off. In August of 2005 2 young men came to my door one named Adam Burgarger, I bought 2 magazines for my kids totalling $112. They told me I should recive them in about 90 to 120 days. When it got close to 90 days I called and they told meI should receive them shortly, and never did.

I called again in December and spoke to Melinda in customer service and had my address verified and the guys handwritting was so sloppy they inputted my zip code incorrect. I told them I didn't want the magazines I wanted my money returned. I faxed the recepits, mailed the receipts, and mailed a letter on top of calling the number 940-565-1000. No one ever answered this phone the answering machine would say that they are under construction.

The number is now disconnected and it's February 2006. I still haven't received my money and don't have a number to call again or an e-mail address for customer service. This company is definitely a big rip off and I will never again purchase anything , they have changed names numerous of times.

I also filed a complaint with the BBB in Dallas and is currently waiting for a response. They have ripped off so many people I probably will not see my money.
