Complaint Review: Thrifty Moving and Storage

Thrifty moving and Storage will under cut any competitor price to get you to sign the agreement.  Then the y will come to your house, put your stuff on the truck and then tell you that you owe more money.  Your choices at that point are simple:

Have them un-pack all of your stuff and find another mover or pay them... We got a quote for $987 dollars and then were charged $1800 once it was on the truck.  They were late and rude when they got there. 

Mike the sales guy was very responsive when I needed a quote but once I started having problems he handed me off to Sophia who could barely speak English.  This company is a complete joke and if they did not have my stuff on the truck i would have told them top go and eff themselves.

DO NOT USE THRIFTY!!!
