Complaint Review: Thrifty Transmission

Had vad in shop over 9 times to repair van and was never done proper. After repair the van would not shitf out of 1St Gear and hand more proplems then when it went in to them for repair. Was tole by Chris the owner of the company after two time to give him one more time to repair the unit or he would refun the money to me and he did not keep his word. He tryed to offer me a deal on a Ford truck because the lost of work do to the van Problem. Well guest what the truck transmissions did not work as well. I turned him over to the Comsumer affairs department and I was told they had a lot of problems with that company 5 or more other Transmission problems as well. After 9 time in ther shop for them to repair the problem with there work and sending them letters showing them the problem from other Transmission Shops and asking for my old Transmissino back & a full return of the invoice I Payed. This is a very very Poor company and a big Ripoff.
