Thriving Massage Business, Steph Lasch, Spatastic, LLC, Dark Horse Point Press LLC Massage Therapist/Marketing Coach/Mentor/Author sells products/services and doesn't deliver. Lino Lakes Minnesota
I had purchased books, webinars, a webinar membership $200 purchased through PayPal, website overhaul $350, marketing materials $99, social media marketing $375, Thriving Massage Business convention $125, logo, consulting, and downloads purchased through my debit card from Steph Lasch through Thriving Massage Business and Spatastic LLC.
Books I ordered on April 29th, 2013 "My Brothers & Sisters in Arms: Organized Marketing for the Massage Therapist - Plan, Execute, Succeed", "My Brothers & Sisters in Arms: Branding Strategies: Content, Image, Design and Positioning", and "My Brothers & Sisters in Arms: Building a Massage Business on a Budget" never arrived. When asked about the order Steph said they were on backorder and she and Trevor would look into it. That order totaled $60.12. I never received them and had emailed every email address I had for her as well as Facebook messaged her.
The webinar membership purchased on May 31, 2013 was supposed to give access to 260 webinars that would be delivered 1/day Mon-Fri. I received 6 of them and no more, also had no access to login on the website. When asked about this several times through email and Facebook, Steph never replied.
The website conversion purchased on August 13, 2013 was never finished, only started. She asked me what still needed to be done and when I emailed her several times she never responded to me ever again. I never received for the website conversion "branding and concept integration, 1 Free email address with hosted domain, photo gallery, submission of site to search engines, online intake form with secure database, online customer survey, testimonials page, or ebook downloads for my customers".
The marketing materials purchased on August 13, 2013 were not given, only the back of a brochure when a brochure, rack card, business card, postcard, and flyer were promised. Again, when asked many times via email and Facebook Steph Lasch never responded.
The logo she made me was created in such bad resolution that I had to get it redone so I could do something with it.
I requested a refund for the Thriving Massage Business convention purchased on July 31, 2013 several times vial email and Facebook but never got a response.
The social media marketing purchased for August, September and October 2013 was not brand sensitive, only cut and paste material that she put on everyones Facebook pages, and I was never shown any "ads" that were placed for the business, never received the promised monthly reports, 5 Facebook posts per day, or networking with other area businesses on my behalf through my Facebook page. Some days I didn't even get a post.
The books that did arrive are poorly written with a lot of typos too.
The QuickBooks webinar purchased on August 6 2013 was never finished. There were supposed to be 6 webinars. The 6th one was postponed to September 23rd and then was never done. The 1st webinar had no video, and the 5th webinar the sound was completely broken up.
