Complaint Review: Throwback City

On January 16, 2004, I ordered for my sons birthday a:

Kobe Bryant High School Throwback Jersey in White
by High School Legends
Size: 52 129.00
Shipping: 10.00
Tax: 0.00

Total: 139.00

Well, I got a Confirmation incl. Order# and everything you expect from a legal Order confirmation.
Today we have March 19 , 2004 and I have not received neither the Jersey, nor a refund of my money.

I tried to contact these people since end off January, but got no reply. I did send a file from the Confirmation but got no reply.

The money was withdrawn from my account and I called the phone number, stated next to the withdraw amount on my bank statement. Nobody will answer the phone.

My son's Birthday is over and my money gone. We cannot affort to loose this amount of money because of these thief's. I will fight for my rights and highly appreciate any help I can get.
