Throwbackcity.com is an internet based website that has plagued on the hard earned money of many youth trying to obtained quality, name-brand replica shoes, apparel and accesories. Watch out though because the site is a joke, hoax, fraud, theft device that is only out to steal your money and give you absolutely nothing.
They ripped me off for $283 dollars recently and I'm in the midst of tracking their sorry asses down and getting my money, merchandise, or retribution! Don't be fooled by this replica throwbacks site, they are trying to move to another host website and change their name so be on the lookout. They have already robbed a plethora of people so don't Get Got! Let's get together and find this internet criminal and shut them down.
Scam artist like this should not exist they are the bottom of the barrel next to car thieves, pick-pockets, and horse manuer! Their email adress is fake & they will not reply, their phone number (that came up on my credit card bill) is fake and some guy just says "please leave a message," and they only give you about 20 seconds to leave a message. I am very sorry that some of the customers above have not received their order. We had our store closed by Yahoo and lost all of our order and customer information along with it.
All customers who did not receive their order and paid by credit card can easily get their money back. Since we cannot look up order info, we can only issue refunds for un-shipped orders through your credit card provider.
We do not rip anyone off, and it is not even possible when you can easily file a chargeback through your card provider to get your money back. The only way to rip people off is by accepting cash, which we have never done. We got screwed by having our store closed, and now have to re-build our site and go through the refund process for the un-shipped orders.
If you are not happy with the quality of your shoes (like the women above), we will gladly take them back for refund or exchange. The shoes you receive should look just like the ones we have pictured.
We should hopefully be back up with all of our products soon, and have no intentions on ripping anyone off or not fulfilling orders. We will be shipping all orders out within the 2-3 day time period again soon, and will make sure we have all of our records printed each day, so we do not have the problem of losing information if our store is ever shut down again.
Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused to some of you. Please understand that there are a few thousand other customers out there that have received merchandise from us quickly before our recent issues with Yahoo, but there is no website for them to give good feedback on. People are only willing to write about the negative stuff.
