Thumbtack I paid over 4k dollars for leads that i bought. I was with thumbtack for 4 months built up my profile with great reviews and pictures really put some work and effort into it . i recommended the service to two of my brothers. About 4 months in i recieved an email saying that i have been thrown off thumbtack. Houston Texas
I spent months paying for leads to the tune of over 4 thousand dollars only to be thrown off of thumbtack with no reason givin after i had recommended the service to my brothers when i contacted thumbtack to ask why. They wouldn't tell me they would only say you have a strong connection to another account that's all they would tell.
Now the money i paid was for all the leads info that they kept when they threw me off wich was about 200 leads. I own that info i paid for it and they kept it. After i done my own investigation i found out my brother had an argument the week i was thrown off with someone at thumbtack And because we were related they threw me and my other brother off which is fine but were totally seperate companies.
What really pisses me off is if i pay for a product " the leads and thier contact info " i own that info but they kept it all and it caused me a lot of problems because a lot of those leads had no way to get back in touch with me because we comunicated through thumbtack.
