Thumbtack takes money from Pro's. Lies and makes other company profile look better than others....JUST SAYS IT A TECH PROBLEM THAT WILL BE FIXED..BEEN 3 MONTHS Idaho
Have been a pro threw them for a couple years but all the sudden they started changing thing in profile with consent of owners---Facebook upadates to some companies and take away other pro's FACEBOOK COMPLETELY like ours. Didnt find out tell the customer told me they could see all my competitors link to facebook and show how many likes they have but could see OUR NOR LINK TO OUR FACBOOK. Called 3 months ago and they stated it was a technical problem that would be fixed.
Well 3 months later they are still stating there is a problem with ALL BUSINESS......Untill i mentioned my homeownere showed me my competitors profile WITCH YOU COULD PULL UP FACEBOOK AND SHOWED HOW MANY LIKES AND THEN SHOWED ME MINE WITH NOTHING.......THIS HAS GONE ON FOR 3 MONTHS.......ALL OUR COMPETITORS SHOWS UP BUT YOU CANT SEE OUR PROFILE LIKE THERE NOR OUR 1500 FACEBOOK LIKES!!! I HAD TO SEND THEM TO SEVERAL PROFILES IN OUR AREA SHOWING THEY ALL HAD THESE OPTIONS BUT OUR DONT....
Then I had my wife request carpet cleaning and house keepers in our area(Thats what we do) well sure enough they dont want to show our likes due to closet competor has 87likes and shows on there profile.
