Complaint Review: Thunder Bay Services - Carlovers Carwashes

This company uses improper collection practices.

If your less than a month late on a bill or theres a billing error, they will file small claims against you.

As an example, my card was changed and they were not notified and it was less than 1 month from the time of the billing. For less than $50.

This I think is very improper in regards to billing practices. I would not be posting this if I did not think it was rediculous to post such a small claim if it wasnt the fault of the person making payments. (they decided they would do a small claims because my card # changed (the expiration date expired then I received a new #).

They should at least to fix their billing issues, properly inform the customer in writing so that the person has a chance to make billing arrangements. This was NOT done.
