Thurman Crabb, AlPro Home Improvement And Repair ripoff-Put roof on garage, still leaks, want give $3120.00 back. Michigan City Indiana
We paid $3120.00 for Thurman Crabb owner of AlPro home improvement and repair last October, 2004. The roof was put on, but it still leaks. We took pictures and videos before, during and after the job. We also took pictures a week later when it rained (outside and inside my garage). I called Mr. Crabb (who runs his home improvement business out of his used car lot). He came out and patched it. We calledd him again a week later (roof still leaking) he sent someone out to repair it again. It is still leaking. We have gone by to see him several times since then. He tell's us that he will re-repair the roof. Nothing yet! Meanwhile I am still taking pictures and videos.
I had to rent a storage garage to put my collector car so it did'nt get ruined and rusted.
Just 3 weeks ago (6/1/05) we went by to see him again. He said "he was working on a job in another state and when he was done in 2 weeks he would re-repair our roof; it's been 4 weeks now. Now we just want our money back; at least most of it. Thanks
