TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
We are reporting a company 'Tianjin Mesida Industry Co.,Ltd.' for having cheated us, by not delivering the ordered goods. We have ordered and already paid 14,800 USD (by t.t) for 8000 reams of Grade A paper from that company, but instead, they have shipped only 1000 reams of very poor quality paper to us.
The contact person with whom we have dealt, is Carol. We have tried to contact the company several times. The only reply we could get is that the factory manager is on a business trip and will revert back to us soon. But after more than a month, we still haven't received any relevant response regarding that matter.
We would very much appreciate if we could be helped in resolving this problem and get our money back.
