Complaint Review: Tick Tock watch & Jewelry

Do not enter the doors of this rip off place.  It is in the International Jewelers Exchange.  First of all, I don't know how the place exists.  There are very few customers in there at any time, and half of the dealer booths are empty.  Then, because their business is so low, they try to rip you off on everything.  As far as watch repairs, stay away from this place.

I needed a new rubber gasket for the back of my Seiko watch.  I called a few independent Jewelers and asked how much should a watch gasket cost.  I was told a few dollars, they are cheap.   I took it to  Tick Tock Watch and Jewelry.  This rip off artist, doesn't quote me a price for the gasket, opens up the watch, replaces the gasket, and then tells me I owe him $20 !  I was in a rush, so I paid him.  Never again for this place !
