Tickbox scam terrible costumer service internet Internet
I purchased the tickbox system in March of 2017. When i got it it was very difficult to figure out, the costumer service was bad. you can only get costumer service via a chat.
the purchase came with a full mony back guarantee. The image was bad on alot of the shows and movies, some optionss didnt even work. I kept it for 2 weeks and returned.
it is August 26,2017 and i have not received a refund. I can only contact them by e-mail and all they say its that the refund will be coming soon.
do not buy!!! buyer beware!!
