Complaint Review: Ticket Fulfillment Service

I purchased tickets online from what I thought was the venue site or a site associated with them.  The tickets were $40.50 and $10.70 for service charge.  I ordered 2 so my total should have been around $102.  I was charged $187.

I have tried e-mailing customer support, calling two different phone numbers where the automatic answering machine hangs up on you, and finally talking to a "manager" who sounded very young and who was extremely condesending an rude basically admitting that I shoud have been more careful and that I approved paying double for the tickets.. Too bad, my problem and they would do nothign to correct the situation.

I have been on the BBB website and this company is a scam and many many people have been taken advanatage of.  They must have pop ups or some other way to get people to click on the other website when you think you are ordering from the venue or ticket master.
