Complaint Review: Ticket King Minnesota Inc

We purchased 4 tickets to Spring training game at Roger Dean stadium for March 8 and were charged $80 per ticket.  When the tickets arrived, it was clearly printed on them that they were  $20 tickets.  We called and were told no manager was available to speak with and to call later.  We called again and were put on hold indefinitely.

We ordered the tickets online believing we were on the Roger Dean Stadium site.  We had no idea we were on a scalper site -- even if it is legal to charge 4 times the ticket price.
