Ticket Titans II charged me $390 for two Jimmy Buffet tickets that are selling for $65. Did not send the tickets I ordered. IOmaha, Nebraska
I ordered two Jimmy Buffet concert tickets for my visually imparied grandson. I chose to pay $195 each for lower level tickets so he would have a chance to partially see.
Ticket Titans II sent me two upper level tickets (14 u) that are currently selling for $65 each. I paid a grand total of $477 for two tickets.
When we contacted Ticket TitansII by phone we were told that the tickets we received were actually an up grade . When we checked the seats at the BJCC Arena in Birmingham, Al, we found them to be in the "nose bleed" section. This child will see nothing from these seats!
