Complaint Review: Ticket Titans II Inc

Ticket Titans II employs deceitful business practices to lure the naive and unsuspecting to purchase tickets from them.  Do not do business with Ticket Titans II! I purchased Cirque du Soleil tickets from Ticket Titans II masquerading as the official ticket site for the 1st Mariner Arena in Baltimore City.  The website displayed a prominent seal indicating 100% money back guarantee. 

I knew I had been duped when I received the confirmation email indicating the tickets would not be mailed until one week before the event date.  I called to cancel the tickets about a half hour after receiving the confirmation email but the voicemail
indicated all sales are final.

I went directly to the Cirque du Soleil site and found that the tickets for the show were currently only available to Cirque members.  Membership was free so I signed up and found that the tickets were 1/3 the price of the tickets that I had purchased through Ticket Titans II.

Ticket Titans II, Inc. did not have Cirque du Soleil tickets to sell on September 6 when they sold me the tickets.  They couldnt
purchase the tickets until Monday September 12 from Ticketmaster. 

Businesses like Ticket Titans II harms the ticket buying public and the talented hard working performers; please stay away
from them.
