This company is a ticket scamming business. Using bait and switch techniques, deceptive wording and misleading websites, I was gouged and fleeced for lesser quality tickets when I was under the impression that I was paying for premium seating.

I wanted tickets to see the Lewis Black show at the Bell Auditorium in Augusta Georgia. So I did a google search for Bell Auditorium Lewis Black takes me to www.bell.auditorium-tickets.com

Great! I think I'm at the Bell Auditorium Website. That was my first mistake

At the top of the page is this information-
Bell Auditorium Tickets Info: Independently owned and operated.Tickets may be above face value.Sales are final unless the event is cancelled and not rescheduled. Tickets are not guaranteed to ship immediately. A service fee is added to ticket orders at checkout.

Okay, Independantly owned and operated.  I take this to mean that the Bell Auditorium is independantly owned and operated. Another google search shows that the Bell Auditorium is run by Global Spectrum.  That's fine.  Tickets may be above face value.  Almost all tickets are. A service fee is added to ticket orders at checkout.  Again, not surprising.

Now on to the actual page where you choose your tickets. You have a selection where you can choose your seats.  The better seats are more expensive, and less desirable seats are cheaper.  Typical right?  And right next to the seating choices is a map of the stadium seating.   On to paying for the tickets.  I've chosen the more expensive seating for 171.00  I'm under the impression that I'm paying for up front seating, because the A-U section is certainly more expensive than the N section.  A few clicks and I've bought 2 tickets to see Lewis Black for a total of $408.00. That includes two tickets at $342.00, a service fee of $51.00, and $15.00 for shipping.

I don't go to a lot of shows, and I've never had the opportunity to sit up front, so I reasoned that was the price for premium seating.   Boy was I wrong.  Tickets come in the mail through Fedex Express Saver.  The printed ticket shows the actual ticket price of $39.50 and seating was Row N.   I'm a bit ticked off. Not only was I gouged, but I didn't even get the tickets I thought I was getting.  I fire off an email to the company and in reply I get a form letter full of lies, half truths and other distortions.  Read it for yourself.

Hello,Thank you very much for your email. I am so very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the price you paid for your tickets and that you found the website misleading. Perhaps it would help if I explained where on the website it explains the secondary market.

To begin with, when you are looking up the tickets it may show you all the events that are listed at the Bell Auditorium. The website heading will say "Bell Auditorium Tickets, We display secondary market tickets. This site is independently owned and operated and is not affiliated with any official box office or official site". This is located on the top of the page when you are seeing the events listed for Bell Auditorium. http://auditorium-tickets.com/ (the link that shows this information) Not only is this listed here at the top of the page but also in the information boxes located on the right of the events listed. Under the second box it informs you we are a secondary market, meaning the tickets can be sold either above or below the face value.

This however is not the only place where this information is available. Once you have chosen your tickets you must then enter your delivery options followed by your personal credit card information. Once you have entered this information you must check that you have read and agreed to the terms and policies. In these terms and policies it then explains we are a secondary market and the tickets can either be above or below the face value. It is a consumer choice to purchase the tickets through a secondary market. Our phone number is available on the website for any additional questions and we would be more than happy to explain this process to you over the phone so if you have any other questions please do not hesitate to call and speak to a representative. I'm sorry for the confusion but we are secondary market and that is clearly displayed on the website. Also, if you do any further questions about the legality of the website, please feel free to contact our legal department at legal@mytickettracker.com.

Hopefully, I have helped to answer your question and cleared up any resulting confusion regarding the website and the displayed information about the secondary market.

Best wishes,Peggy Lawson

I looked up the actual box office number for the Bell Auditorium in the local phone book after getting the tickets in the mail from Ticket Titans.  I spoke to a manager who said that they were not affiliated with Ticket Titans, Ticket Network or any of the multiple names this company operates under.   She gave me the web address to the actual site where Bell Auditorium sold tickets. Too late, I realized that I had been duped by Ticket Titans look alike site with misleading information.
