I just got off the phone with this Ammon Soori person with Ticketbenz.com.  As I have never used flash seat before, I just wanted some one to walk me through the whole process.  This man was not the person to do it.  He was the most demeaning customer service manager I have ever dealt with.  And no,  I only received ONE email from flash seats, not the one every five days that he was sure that was sent to me and in my own stupidity didn't see.  Then he said,  "Listen to me or else I will only corspond by email - and I don't want to do that now, do I?"  Really. 

Really, I do not think I have ever been talked down to by someone providing a service to ME that I paid for.  Give me my good old hard copy tickets any day.  What a jerk!  I will NEVER use ticketbenz again.  If you want to make your blood pressure boil, give them a call.
