Complaint Review: Ticketbis

Hello,

Complete disappointed with the experience with Tickebis.

I order these tickets 3 months ago, 03/01/16, to take my wife and son for this game yesterday at citrus bowl in Orlando.

I receive the tickets last wednesday and planning the trip to Orlando, what a surprise when we arrive to the stadium and people in security sent me to the gate behind the keeper, at north side of the stadium, even that I remember that I buy tickets for middle of field and I can not argue because the tickets have printed section 149 row U.

what a day, I really feel cheated, frustrated even piss off, you may a bad day for my son and hole family, looking at game in the worse spot possible.
Once I arrived at home and look for the information when I bought the tickets, attached you will see the pictures of the screen, I bought 3 tickets for section 108 - Row R for $200 each one with tax, How is possible that you sent me tickets for section 149 - Row U, tickets that Tickemaster were selling for $50 at that section, general admission.
